We may use information collected through Zupiq to provide and operate the Services, analyze questions and learning materials, generate explanations and educational responses, maintain your account, preserve learning history and Archive content, provide community and collection-sharing features, personalize and rank learning recommendations, infer topic interests, process and verify subscription access, moderate content, improve accuracy and performance, diagnose technical problems, protect against fraud and security threats, provide customer support, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Recommendations may use information such as your grade, language, selected interests, topics studied, recent activity, practice history, saves, and community interactions. We may also include exploratory content so recommendations are not limited entirely to your established interests.

We do not sell your personal information.

Zupiq uses artificial intelligence to analyze learning materials and generate educational responses. When you submit a question, image, document, diagram, or prompt, relevant content may be processed by our systems or AI service providers to generate a response.

We seek to limit information sent to service providers to what is reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality.

AI-generated responses may contain errors. Zupiq should be used as a learning aid, and important answers should be independently verified where appropriate.

Posts, comments, profile information, shared solutions, and collections you intentionally publish may be viewed and interacted with by other users. Other users may save a post or a read-only reference to a public collection, and may share public content through device or platform sharing features. Public collection viewers cannot edit the source collection, and saving it does not transfer ownership.

Archive collections are private by default unless you choose to publish or otherwise share them. Personal notes and other private Archive information are not made public merely because a related collection is shared. A solution session is publicly readable only while it is connected to an active public post or public collection, and public access is read-only.

If you remove public content, make a collection private, or delete a source collection, saved references may become unavailable. Copies or links already shared outside Zupiq may remain beyond our control.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information with other users when you choose to publish a post, comment, solution, profile detail, or collection, or otherwise use a feature designed for sharing.

We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate Zupiq, including providers of cloud hosting and data storage, artificial intelligence and machine-learning services, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, content moderation, subscription and payment management, customer support, and security and fraud prevention.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, protect the rights and safety of users, investigate fraud, enforce our terms, or facilitate a merger or sale of our business.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Learning history, Archive items, uploaded media, personal notes, posts, comments, collection membership, saved public-collection references, moderation records, and public-sharing records may be retained as needed to provide the corresponding features, maintain safety, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Removing an item from one collection does not necessarily delete its underlying Archive item or original source. Deleting a custom collection may remove its organization and memberships while leaving underlying content in your Archive. When information is no longer required, we may delete or anonymize it.

You may request deletion of your Zupiq account and associated personal information. Where available, account deletion can be initiated directly through the Zupiq application. You may also remove individual posts, comments, Archive items, saved collection references, or collections where the relevant controls are available.

After receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize applicable personal information unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, moderation, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes. Content or links that other people copied or shared outside Zupiq may remain beyond our control.

Deleting your Zupiq account does not necessarily cancel an active subscription managed by Apple or Google. Subscriptions should also be cancelled through the provider through which they were purchased.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse. However, no online service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or to withdraw consent. Zupiq is an educational service. Users must meet the minimum age required to independently consent to use of the Services under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information without required consent, please contact us.

Zupiq and its service providers may process or store information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required by applicable law, we take appropriate measures regarding international transfers of personal information.

Zupiq may integrate with third-party platforms including authentication providers, app stores, payment providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and AI technology providers. Your use of those services may be governed by their respective privacy policies. Zupiq is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party services.
